Soft skills:

THE key driver of business growth.

Vignette qualiopi

I am Christine Farenc, passionate about human relationships and the development of personal and interpersonal skills.

I founded Totalimpact.e, a Qualiopi certified training organization, after a recognized 20-year experience in training and teaching soft skills. It’s clear: soft skills can be learned. There are indeed objective techniques for: communication, collective intelligence, leadership, teamwork, time management, professional efficiency, networking, assertiveness, stress and emotion management, conflict management, etc.

In today’s volatile, hyper-communicative, and ultra-competitive environments, these skills determine the survival of organizations and their teams.

But to achieve high relational and social performance, it is more subjective skills once associated with character and innate talent that come into play:

charisma, courage, empathy, emotional intelligence, critical thinking, a global vision, decision-making (quick and adapted), eloquence, humor, and quick wit…

Yet, these personal and interpersonal qualities can also be acquired! Under certain conditions. These are the conditions that we focus on ensuring in our programs:

– First, self-awareness and awareness of others must be sufficiently deep and nuanced.

– The ethical background of soft skills and the demand for performance must be well understood, meaning that they must be in alignment with both the personal values of the learners and the professional values of the organizations.

Next, the training time, necessarily short considering the behavioral change targeted, must be both reassuring and impactful.

In Totalimpact.e programs, the facilitation, always compassionate, allows for strong awareness moments, stimulates each participant’s commitment to their personal development, creates an atmosphere of shared experience, and a group emotion that accelerates the embedding of the tools.

I address women who want to reinvent themselves, regain their confidence, and assert their voice, whether in their career or personal life.

With my experience in public speaking and leadership, I guide you to transform your speech into a tool for transformation.
