The acceleration of technological change regularly renders technical skills obsolete.
This leads to increasing stress for teams. With the democratization of hybrid work, as well as economic, political, and social instabilities, there is a general trend towards disengagement and, simultaneously, a growing need for well-being at work.

Our training stands out for its integrated, non-thematic approach, which recognizes the interdependencies between different soft skills and adapts to each level of seniority and position.

The traditional soft skills training offering indeed breaks down skills by themes :
communication, time management, conflict management, leadership, critical thinking, etc.
However, this thematic approach quickly faces limitations because:

Soft skills are actually interdependent, and some require a chronological order of acquisition. Thus, to effectively acquire skills in conflict management, time management, public speaking, or decision-making and solving complex problems, one must first be competent in stress and emotion management and have solidified their self-confidence.

Level 1: the "Soft Skills Foundation" program
This program is aimed at everyone, designed as an upgrade or refresher at any point in one’s professional journey.
This program, focused on fundamental skills, also helps to empower each individual and meet the need for meaning.
It is the ideal program for onboarding or during an internal job change. It adapts to your internal culture and the expected communication and behavioral norms.
Level 2: the "Dream Team Player" program

Level 3 : the "Total Leader" program
